- Items returned in used, damaged, washed, or altered condition not caused by us.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
Unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or proceed according to our Refund Policy.
6. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If an order is refused by the customer or returned due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping or handling costs where applicable.
